Can anyone knows how to doze this product I have 150 gallons and I have a reef sea 57 gallons can someone can help me and explain to me how to doze it thank you Rico

Kitchen scale?

1 tsp = 5.69 grams
5.69/250= .02276
150*.02276=3.414 grams
57*.02276=1.29732 grams

if you have an adjustable measuring spoon you can use that also
 
What exactly is in there??
