Hey all, I'm having trouble with one of my zoas frags and a neon green nepthea.

they have been in my tank for 5 weeks.

The rainbow infusion zoa started closing and sort of wilting about a week ago. Before that it grew another polyp and was feeding well.

About 48 hours ago, my nepthea shrank into nothing and closed up. It's normally at least double that size.

See images of frags. All the others look great, including the buttkisser zoa.

I do a 10% water change every week. But it looks like I recently had a pretty big alk swing and pH swing (lots of open windows) though I can't say for sure how fast it happened. It was over the span of 14 days. Yesterday I had a 2 degree temp rise due to our AC being broken yesterday. We used a Tupperware full of ice to bring it back down to 78 over a few hours. So, to be fair, it's been an eventful couple weeks in the tank. Typically my tank has been quite stable.

What can I do?

Tank specs as of this morning:
10g Waterbox cube10
Ai prime 16HD running BRS settings for nano tanks
I don't dose: I have a hammer, two mushrooms, two zoa frags, a candy cane, nepthea, toadstool and firework polyps.

parameters:

PH: 8.6
this is a big swing. I typically run at 7.9-8, but as I said I don't know how fast it happened.
Alk: 8.3dkh, but this is also a swing. I usually run at 9.5ish Again, I don't know how fast this happened.
Phos: .03ppm
NO3: 3ppm
Ca: 470
NaCl: 1.0264
Temp: 78

I know the swings are bad, but I don't know why they happened. The frags are tiny, so I don't think dosing is necessary, but I'm not sure. The only LPS I have is a tiny hammer.

any help would be appreciate. Thanks!
