why cant he defend himself?

because I don't think he's a member or was banned and I don't know why.

I have no problems with people not being happy about something, but come on, if someone can't defend themselves it is kind of pointless to keep going on and on about it.

Teeka didn't like the way it transpired and posted that point. That is Teeka's right to do that and to post the displeaure, but to go on and on and on is kind of pointless. It isn't going anywhere. I guess that is what I am trying to say.

The whole thing started because someone asked a question about a particular zoa that they saw and wanted. This originally had nothing to do with Teeka's issue with John.

Okay, I am done. I don't want to :horse: I personally like this forum. I gain a lot from it. I read every single one that is posted good or bad. This allows me to make an informed decision when deciding to make a purchase.

everyone is welcome to come and defend themselves and share their side of the story if something is said about them on this forum.

however, with that said......if the person in question violated the rules, and was banned, then that person no longer has a prilegate to come to this forum and defend themselves anymore.

i'm sorry there are some people who disagree with this matter. it is what it is. and its not your decision to make.

so from this point forward, if you have something to say in regards to feedback about the person in question, you may post.

if you have something to say about the way the staff handles the rules on this site, about what is and is not allowed to be posted, you can bring it up via PM with the mods.

that is the final warning i'm giving. that is all.

hi guys , ive got blackwidow !!! from john and it's werth every single penny!!!
me and john have been friend's for years and i can honestly say , that guy has had plenty of chance's to rip me off , and he hasn't , i own zoaworld in the uk , i have spent thousands with john and i'm not talking $2k !!!! try nearer 30k!!! and ive given him money upfront knowing he would not rip me off. i get the same thing in the uk!!!!! believe me if it wasn't for john i would still be looking at zoa's for there name instead of the zoanthind in its own right , so lets forget the name , lets look at the zoa and the price!!
it all come's down to you as a collector , and lets be honest that's what we are , wether we run a bis or not!! if you cant get the colour morph and you want it, you'l only pay what you think it's werth, if you dont like the price , you simply dont buy, you wait till it come's up on swaps ect. i know forums are here for a debate on all sort's of thing , but to drive one guy into the ground on the price , then praise another who charge's the same price just because there a sponsor , is dirty talk!!! and make's me and a few other's wonder wether this is done to slander the other to drive a way custom.
As john is a very good friend inside and out side the zoa world, i feel that this sort of thing need's to stop , as if this thread was about a sponsor it would be gone in seconds. as a company , there are the cost's for: buying, running which include's pumps, light's , skimmer's and the like , plus the reef supplement, what about losses, the start up cost's of the tanks ect it all add's up , its a company!!! if it's ok for one it's ok for another. so it all comes down to you ,are you a true collector who is totaly addicted to everything zoanthid or are you one of these thats want's alien eye for $20 a frag.
remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder ,the price and name mean nothing if you realy want it!!!
just to let you know i have satans breath aswell , OMG if it was a gal my wife would be dust!!! so i say keep'em coming john as there are serious collector's out there!! that pay for the quality not the name!!

At this point I am responing to the thread and not debating Zoafrags. We have debated the price of zoos from sponsers too.

Slander is when you say something not true about someone. Such as spreading false rumors. If you have proof it happened it is not slander.

Set up cost and losses. Let me see a raise of hands if you don't have the same losses as a consumer. At least for businesses they can wright them off on their taxes.

If you practise good business habits then your customers will come back. No matter what people say. But bad business habits make customers unhappy, they also will tell others about it. You have to treat your customers right if you want then to come back and to give posative feedback.

I've never purchased from zoafrags but I've seen the great stuff on ebay.

My comments are more curious about steve uk's behaviour.

you couldn't be MORE wrong.......
a) this is not about pricing wars
b) this thread would not be shut down if a sponsor had bad dealings with people, and we've told them that......so they know to be on their BEST behavior....and I'd say its worked pretty well IMO
c) there is no slandering here.....only honest accounts of what happened....and forums are a place to express those accounts......if they aren't true, and are only meant to tarnish a person, then we would shut it down.

i bought some more from zoafrags - armagedons

he shipped the armagedons and nothing else (i had it all documented in my emails)(i cant find it any more) he would not contact me back in emails

will i buy from him -- NO

if someone else wants to it is no big deal

let the guy stand up for him self

that is what i told the guy from zomania when he was getting bad talked-- atleast tell your side of the story--
