Can Zoanthus gigantus and Palythoa grow in the same rock together?

Do I have to take them off their plugs myself?
Ha. No. What I am saying is they haven't overgrown your plugs yet. So there is no chance of them touching anytime soon. So I would leave them be for awhile. They seem happy there no need to move them anytime soon.

Ok thanks man
No problem. They may eventually grow over your plugs but if you want to move some away incase one is more invasive than the other you can pull the old plugs off with the palys or zoas on them and move them somewhere else and let them grow again. Or you can move then right before they start to branch off the plug too. But they look happy there for now. No need to put your hands in the tank and bother them now.
