So ever since I knoticed this happening, I Fragged some off this rock. And put them in separate frag tank to observe, today I noticed half of one polyp looked like is melting away and closed up.

Any thoughts on this would greatly appreciate. I'll post my water parameters later

Do you mean the slow zoa/paly die-off along the right side? It looks like some of the zoas have taken over spots where other corals once were and have been replaced in-turn themselves by other zoas or bare rock.

My first thought is that something is eating your zoas. My second thought is that you should look at your water parameters for anything amiss.

Sorry just realized didn't even explain what the problem I have, yes slowly die off looks like. Before they die off I would see the being closed off for a week or so while other ones are fully open. I was wondering if it was fish related, I have 8 tangs, 1 coperband Butterfly, 6 line Wrasse, I have not witnessed any fish touch them. Anyways as mentioned in first post. I took some of the rock and moved them to the frag tank. And noticed this weird polyp week later. This is picture of it today
