A couple days ago my bta decided to attach his foot onto a zoa colony, this ticked the colony off and has caused them to be closed for about 3 days. The zoas have a slight brown tint to them now. I also believe that they have caused the water to turn cloudy. What should I do?

Well, potentially the anemone may have created an anoxic condition around the zoas that may have been harmful. I would be concerned (not worried) the zoas are shedding a lot of mucus as a response and I'd be doing water changes (not more than 25% week) and running GAC.
