Gel superglue is a safe bet or even aquarium sealant

Welcome! I have never used nor heard of a hot glue stick being used. I'd go with the tried and true methods listed above. But, one sure way of knowing would be to run a test on some rock and submerge in salt water for a few months. If it still is solid, you will know. What chemicals, if any, might leech from the sticks would require n ICP test to determine.

Hello,

I am Ang;edtk and I have some flat rocks that I want to glue artificial aquarium plants to. I have a hot glue gun and have seen comments about using glue sticks that are not water soluble. How to you know what type of glue stick you have?
Welcome!
