Sump is finally baffled up! From left to right:: Drain/filter sock holder, skimmer, fuge, bubble trap, return chamber! Still have to scrape a few blemishes and fill in a few gaps but the hard part is done!

Wow, coming along nicely... assuming internal return pump?

Awesome build! I wish my enabler (LOL) would allow me to get a tank this big.

It wasn't easy and it took some coercing!!! If that makes you feel any better? I also ordered the tank before I actually told her... I was confident I wanted a bigger tank and that I was willing to sleep in the dog yard if I couldn't convince her! But don't forget, it WAS ALL her idea! [emoji12]

Yea that wouldnt work with mine she thinks my hobbies are a waste of money... But I guess its better to ask forgivness than permission in some cases... Im actually out of the hobby at the moment and might go ahead and start buying a setup. She wont be too mad after there are fish and corals in it lol. She has agreed that when we have our forever home that she will let me have either a 150-200G so I can have a couple tangs or a 300G square tank so she can have a couple little rays lol.

The way I look at it is this… She gets to ride horses so I get to swim with the fish! [emoji16]

See I want both, she says shes not gonna have a farm lol. I told her though if she lets me have horses, cows, pigs, and maybe a coule goats then I would settle for a 50g or less SW tank, a 75-100g freshwater tank so that the fish would be cheaper and more $ to spend on farm animals lol... A man can dream I guess...

Yeah! I'd probably stop you in your tracks, too! Haha

Keep in mind, you won't be happy with a 50g or less...

Did a water test in sump and...

"All systems a go!"
Each chamber holds water, no leaks! I am inclined to believe that this beast of a simp will last a long time being that it will have almost equal pressure through the whole sump.

Ok I lied... I'll probably be getting a few new toys.. Who was I kidding.

Just snagged these up! 3x Tunze 6105 and a 7096 programmable multi controller! Talk about some water flow!!

Ok. Got the sump cleaned up: vinyl on sides and over the caulking to make it purdy! Bottom got sprayed black, too!
