Got to see this tank last night. It is amazing. Every detail well thought out and executed. Beautiful setup top to bottom. Can't wait to see it flowing.

Almost showtime! Is the Carib Sea Special Grade coarse or fine?

It's pretty fine but not too fine to cake and not to large. I really like the size grains. If you go to their site they give you a macro shot of the grains. I really like it!

Thank you Jim! Great to have you guys over last night. Maybe next time I'll have some fish and coral :)

I posted way earlier in this thread, and have been liking since. Now is when your patience and all the attention to detail that you have put into this build will truly shine.

Congratulations on it finally being wet and good luck with the cycle and livestock additions going forward.

So tank is filled and now the nitrogen cycle begins :) Deltec AP800 is rocking this tank so far. In just 4 hours it's pulled some "gunk"! Grabbed a MP 60 today and it seems to be kicking water around all over the tank pretty well dialed way back. So far so good on that. Won't know for sure on where to position it until I start adding corals after the cycle. With the lights I'll run the halides for an hour or two at night just to view the tank until the nitrogen cycle is completely done to keep algae at bay. Other than that I'm just going to set back and relax!
