I would guess some pretty extreme stress, but let's see if the #fishmedic crew has some thoughts for you. What foods have you been feeding, how much, and how often?
I'm sure one of the #fishmedic crew would be able to tell you what's wrong with your mandarin - but as was mentioned in your other thread, you may need to provide more information for them to work with.

If the blue has something that's making it through the QT, it could potentially spread to your other fish as well, so I'd think you'd need to QT them as well.
Any pics/videos under white light you could share with the #fishmedic crew?

Just noticed this on my 12” long volitan lionfish. It is white and fuzzy. Behavior seems normal, it did skip eating yesterday, but did so today. Thanks! #fishmedic
