i believe its a javascipt that is doing it to IE only. not sure about other browser. i thinks its part of a javascript "noscript command" the site i think is tested and modeled around netscape's version of javascript and not IE. sometimes its hard to code for 2 versions of javascript, ie. MS version , netscape version so coders sometime chose one and go with it. its a bug on the developers side and not R2R.
ya, detail would be nice. i'd like to say i hated it and it has always done it to me. but not any more after i updated. now that it doesnt do it i didnt even notice it till this thread was started. just took it as norm.
Rev, do you have any type of Google Adsense code embedded. There is a known bug with certain version of IE7 that will cause the page to load to the bottom instead of the top where google adsense is embedded.
