I recently received an order from Reefs2go and was very pleased with their product, packaging, and customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

There have been some people on more than one reef forum that have had problems with them.

I have had 2 poor experiences with them and don't plan on giving them any more tries.

A friend in our club and I have gone together for a large order three times in the last couple of years. Order 1 - A couple of minor DOAs on my order but extras were sent in case that happened so I received what I paid for and did not request replacements. Order 2 - Cancelled and re-ordered several times due to our work schedule which changed the special prices that applied when the final order was placed. I requested and did not receive an itemized list with prices for my part of the order. Total dollar amount I believe was the bargain I expected with some things costing more than at the time of the original order being compensated by special prices available on other things at the final order time. Good customer service would have had a detailed invoice included with the order or supplied one after as I requested. Order 3 - A couple of DOA's and losses soon after received on my friend's part of the order that he received timely credit for. I believe them to be a good but not great vendor based on my experience. I have been looking closely at another sponsor here and my next large order for CUC and extra things they sell will be placed with the other vendor.

Mixed feelings. Got some DOAs but with an order that was $22 shipped I can complain too much so I let it go. I had one DOA out of 3 ricordia. Colors weren't what I was expecting. Some snails were DOA and the regular ceriths were very very tiny.

I've ordered half a dozen times from them and have had mixed experiences too.

Their pods are the best and every time they go on sale, my friends & I order a order a ton of them.

I've had really good luck with the zoas, but don't like that if you order more than 1 of any type and ask them to split them into individual pieces, they won't. So if a zoa is offered at $9.99 for 5 polyps and you order 3, you get one frag of 15 polyps. For group orders the new rule is that if someone wants a particular type of zoa, the first person that asks for it gets it. It's too bad because we'd place bigger orders if we could get our items individually.

Crabs are small, but the price can't be beat. Same with snails. I order the bigger ones and still the price is well worth it.

Ricordeas are a great deal when they are on sale, mushrooms however are tiny. The last group I bought were literally smaller than the head of a tack and they weren't attached to anything. I tried to attach them to a rock which is almost impossible and because they are so tiny, they just disappear.

Fish we haven't had the best luck with. I don't know how many my friends & I have ordered, but I'd say loss is at least half. They have a 14 day guarantee, but in my 180g tank, you don't find bodies. Things just disappear.

I'll continue to order pods and when they have their rics on sale I'm in on those too. I probably won't order any more fish unless they are super cheap and I'm placing an order anyway. Then it's worth the risk.

I've ordered from reefs2go a couple times and have overall been pleased. There has been a couple hiccups, but nothing major and they were willing to work with me. My gripe is their prices have went up and are going up still. They used to be really cheap on some items for example anemones and Pom Pom crabs but they have nearly doubled the price on these items over the last 8 months. That's about my only gripe with them, they used to be cheap, now they are on par with the other sites. They still have pretty fair shipping rates though.

I say their pods are a good deal when they are on sale. i order fish from them and it took 3 shipments to take care of DOA and missing fish. End the end they basically canceled the rest of my order saying they could not get what I ordered. it still took over 3 months of going back and forth on emails. Also took about 2 weeks to get the rest of my money refunded back. This was about 1 1/2 years ago.

I just made my first purchase with them. I heard good things about them from my friend, but I guess I got the lemon. Most of the stocks were almost dead, freezing. I contacted them back about the dead stock and they never got back to me. Also I had an item they said did not meet their code and took it off my order. They never contacted me but wrote it in my shipment saying they will credit me. A week later I get an email saying I have a credit to purchase from their site. I don't feel I should have to pay shipping again just to use a credit that was not my fault and could have been taken off or notified to me before they sent my items. Plus I still have no response back on my dead livestock. Doubt ill order from them again :(

You can't beat the deals on pods when they are on sale. I have ordered pods several times and had good experiences each time. I have ordered 2 fish from them and they were both in good shape when they arrived and still doing great. The only problem I have had with them was when I ordered the Lg. refugium macro pack- the order was missing 1 off the macros. After a few days, got a credit code for missing the macros. Come to find out they didn't have any in stock. So they wanted me to order again and pay shipping or get $49 worth to qualify for free shipping when they got the missing macro in stock. After checking with them time and time agian thru their facebook page, I was told if I wanted to replace the missing item with something they had in stock just add a note to the order. So, when the pods went on sale I bought enough to receive the freee shipping( had to order another BOGO macro for $3.99 to get the $49.00). Added the note to replace with another macro if the missing item was not in stock( was listed on their website as in stock). Order came in 1-8-12(ordered 12-28), missing the same macro that was missing before. Included was a note that said an email has been sent explaining how to get credit. The macro I ordered for $3.99(BOGO) was just 2 tiny leaves, but guess you can't expect much for $3.99 BOGO. I guess they want me to order again to see if I came redeem my credit.Checked for the email and I did not receive an email from them, just more adds. wrote them an email on the 1-8 and have not heard from them since. If I can find another good pod vendor, I will not be ordering from them again. This has been going since Oct..
