What kind of lighting do bubble tip anemones need and how many hours of lighting do they need daily?

My tank is not mature, and this is the second time the rainbow bubble tip has expelled a black rocky material while shriveled up. this time it's made the tank cloudy. should i perform a water change or run carbon. hopefully its poop but i doubt it (rip to the clownfish he took a leap)
