I realize I'm not going to win any Pulitzers for my photography here, but these popped up recently enough that I noticed them just 20 minutes ago. I have never had an issue with flatworms other than the ghost ones that don't cause issues, and that was years ago. I haven't added anything new to...
can someone help identify what kind of flatworm are those? They are staying on flesh of torch and causing it to shrink. Flatworm exit does not work, I put 4 drop in this cup and nothing happened.
Hi reefers, wondering if anyone can help ID flatworm. Found them when dipping my new acro in quarantine system. I’ve been dipping them weekly for almost 2 months, and there are still some fell off after the dip. I think they’re acoel as their have swallowtail, but would like to confirm it.
I found this little creature crawling on my glass at night, and I believe they’re flatworms. Can anyone help ID this? Or at least tell if they’re harmful or not?
It looks transparent/white with black dots on them. Doesn’t look like brown flatworm unless it’s a baby.
I kept observing everyday and I didnt see any sign of it, but after a short travel I see packs of flat worms on the polyps of my goniopora, I took a video of it, but they are literally all of it. I am assuming these are the harmful flat warms and should be dealt with? If I am correct what would...
Look like the little brown ones but would like confirmation. I run SPS, Zoa, Paly's, one Frogspawn and one Duncan. Couple Ricordea Mushrooms too. Two clowns, one YWG. Would these pose a threat to any of them? Also if I need to eradicate them, what is the best method to not lose livestock/coral?
So I noticed my clam was closed up today and upon further inspection I see these little rust colored what I assume are flatworms on it. Are these cause for concern?
I’ve got a 37 gallon live rock and live sand only things in the tank as of now is a feather duster, astraea snails, nassarius snails, and a tuxedo urchin. I recently introduced a frag of zoa but I did dip it and inspected thoroughly before placing in tank. I noticed today a little critter...
HELP! I thought these were the normal amphipods covering the glass of my frag tank, but I seem to have picked up flat worms! Are these dangerous or ok? If dangerous, what kind are they and how can I treat them?
Hi, I just started finding these flatworms in my tank. They are normally on my live rock and not on coral. They have a hard texture, with a pattern on their back. Does anyone know what specie of flatworm they are, and if they’re something I should be worried about?
thanks in advance!
