Hey all. Can anyone id these green tubes and is the red on the rocks coralline algae or red slime?

Sorry for the crappy photo quality, looks like small plate like algae that is growing all over a rock. Also small strands coming off of it. Thanks for any help!

Found this little dude in my reef tank. I believe he is an Elysia genus sea slug one that consumes algae and hijacks it’s chloroplasts and uses them to photosynthesize.
