Hi, I have just been inspecting the tank after lights out and noticed that my scrambled egg zoa colony looks spiky. I'm sure it didn't look like this when we put them in, what could it be? (I know there's other little critters there but I'm looking at the spiky thing wrapped round the stalks)

I have 4 zoas and 3 of them are doing fine except one colony, each day that passes some of the polyp closes up, It was fine in the beginning. I’ve had them for about 1 month now. What can I do? can someone help identify the issue .
