I’ve been doing a deep clean of a small bare-bottom tank, removing rocks and killing Aptasia, and just when it looked as if I may have ‘no’ bristle-worms at all, I found one imbedded deep within the mat of a large Star Polyp mass. I was only able to pull out “half” of a 1” worm...

I suppose it’s like earthworms when we were kids?— half a live worm will keep living and growing...?

True; but’s only a 20 gallon and I didn’t want to grow a monster. I suppose splitting it in half didn’t really slow him down much, did it?

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
