I have a Hydros 4 and 4 T5's that I turn on and off with my Hydros but looking for a LED to add in there that is 0-10V controllable. The only thing that comes to mind is the kessil 160 and the Quanta lights. Are there any other options out there?

But it looks like the LumiLite you need to then buy the module and then with the Coralcare you then need to buy the Wifi/bluetooth controller and its too big since I only have 4.5" between one T5 set and the next. The kessil 160's still have the 0-10V right on top new and a used 360 will have the 0-10V. Do you know which of the ReefBreeders lights are 0-10V compatible? The Nicrew classic is small enough but not enough par by along shot. The Nicrew Hyperreef would do the trick but its too big to fit in with the T5's. I was looking at a used set of Reef delights Nicobars the other day that would have fit and seemed to have the Par but I could not figure out if they would work with 0-10V. So the only ones I know for sure that will fit, have the par, and accept 0-10V are the LumiLite but I've got to buy the module for an additional $100 or the New 160 or used 360 by Kessil. I put emails out to Reef Breeders and Reef Delight to see which model are 0-10V compatible but who know how long that will take and I have corals hitting my tank on the 27th since I already ordered some online because i couldn't say no to 80% off. Really big fan of your Hydro's line just want to use the 0-10V since they are not being used for anything currently.Great question! Any light with a 0-10v INPUT you will be able to control via a 0-10V OUT port on the X4 or WaveEngine v1 & 2.
We now have ReefBrite x HYDROS control modules for Reef Brite LumiLight, we also carry Phillips CoralCare lights, they're controllable as well.
Further, with brands outside the coralvue umbrella, some of the ReefBreeders lights are 0-10v, some of the Nicrew lights, I believe ReefDelight have a 0-10v controller.
A lot of people would say kessil, however, their new lights DO NOT have 0-10v control standard anymore, they had switched to proprietary K-Link connections. You will see 0-10v on their spectral controller, but that is to control their lights,
not accept input.
125 standard. What size tank are the lights going over?
I used a Steve's led interface and 3 viparspectra 165s. All dimmable and controllable with my hydros x4
