Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Hmmmm, not ringing a bell but I may have. A lot has probably changed since I moved in 1993.
Been there since 1972. We went there twice in our trip. Good food.

Is it downtown, suburbs, north, west or south? I know it’s not east that would put you in East St. Louis in Illinois, extremely unsafe place to be.

It's in the delmar loop. I think northwest of down town stl.

Ya, I would have to say that I have not been there. What type of food?
They're known for their burgers. We went for lunch both of the times so don't know what dinner is like, but they have great burgers, sandwiches and my favorite were the appetizer pretzels. They were soooo good.

My weather app is wrong it's a beautiful day outside for now at least the sun is shining and it's not too hot it was really really really hard to make myself come back into the office they better be glad i have bills to pay or i would have gone MIA...

No Luis it's considered heaven on earth. ;)
I often don't have time to sit down for lunch and I look for something like this to eat while I go from one job to another ;)

Ok, y'all know I'm horrible at food pictures.... Someburros bean and cheese burrito, side of beans and cheese, chased with a Jamaica with a splash of Sprite. Not a bad lunch.

So something spawned in my tank tonight. There are thousands. Can't get a good picture because they're so small, but at least it shows the color:

For a comparison, they look similar to very small mysid shrimp. I think they're hermit crab larvae? Anybody got any ideas?
This was my hermit crab spawn

Nice video. I think that's definitely what happened last night.
It was so crazy to see. I just happened to be checking my tank that night after lights out. Ill tell you Walker, after that night, I never saw another one buddy. I still think about how weird that was.

Trochus Snails. Add Trochus Snails and you'll have plenty of spawning and babies survive.

Wow John that is the biggest and most beautiful spawn these tired old eyes have ever seen!
I think this is why I never saw them again. They all got eaten!
