With all due respect I think the opposite hahaha, although I don't know if for the desk :upside-down-face:

magnesium spray?? tell me more, please!!
They sell magnesium spray. It has mild pain relieving qualities and works as a muscle relaxer which allows your back to relax. You can get it in an oil or foam but you spray it on and gently massage it into the skin and let it do its work.

wow! if i could move id go looking for some! :smiling-face:
I get mine from Sprouts. Basically, if you can get to a bath, Epsom salt bath. Magnesium oil is typically made from Epsom salts in a super concentrated liquid if I recall correctly.

isnt epsom salt just magnesium sulfate also? Which is also what we can use in the reef tanks?

Nope, not Epsom salts, it's magnesium chloride. I don't recommend soaking in a magnesium chloride bath, it's more expensive. However, Epsom salts will have a very similar effect.

It is. Magnesium chloride is the other magnesium we use in our reefs, but it's the more expensive magnesium.

Used to just buy a bag of Mag Flake magnesium chloride ice melter for the tank, 50lb bag was super cheap compared to the stuff labeled for aquariums, now its probably $50 a bag.
