Sorry, I know next to nothing about urchins except that they eat coralline algae and sometimes skimmer cords.

I have a tuxedo urchin but like Tim I don’t know anything about treating one an injury. Maybe start a thread on the disease forum and see if someone can help you.

Not sure, but because it's 6 months old I can assume it's a newer version...

280 is two Noopsyches but it would be a better spread. It should be more than enough light at a slightly higher intensity.

Never mind - its definitely V2 which is their latest I believe.
