I'm contemplating colored pvc for my replumbing. Anyone here run it? I'm torn because it is kind of expensive. I think i would need 30' which BRS sells 5' chunks for 15$ so idk if it's work it or not :thinking-face: only for the spots people might see

Ecspecially because I have like 90' of pvc left over from my initial plumbing job lol

Yeaaa... might not go the colored pvc route, with all my unions and valves and what have you I'm up to like 450$ :grinning-face-with-sweat:

I'm going to do colored from the overflow down into the stand then swap over i think.. still thinking it over. Luckily I got plenty of time. Once I start this project it's go go go and I want it to get well

People use Krylon Fusion spray paint. Just let it fully cure before putting it in the tank.

Touché..Mine will be all outside the tank... I just don't really have a good spot to paint to avoid overspray and keep it clean. I painted my current plumbing that way but it's good from afar and far from good :grinning-face-with-sweat: I was able to get the price tag down quite a bit, but the unions and 100$ 1.5" gate valve crank the cost right up.

How are you doing with the lights Joel?

They're OK thanks so much for asking Luis!
I can't seem to find a color I like.
LEDs are so intense.
The blue is really blue, white very white but I'm working on it.
They really are cool though and are off the top of the tank.
I'm probably going to put the T5's back on Monday just to see color for a few minutes.
My controller doesn't work so I'm getting a new one Monday.
Overall, though I would recommend them.
