Alright, prep work is done, beef cubed, onions, celery, green and red peppers and jalapeño peppers chopped. I’m taking a break, I can’t imagine anyone doing this for a living ( Joel ). Oh,Amanda, Tim, Lin, venison can be substituted for beef even mule deer and elk Tim, I googled it.

The website looks legit and has Google reviews going back a year or more. People that I've seen around Reef2Reef apparently say they're great as well. No guarantees but it sounds good.
