What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Or full sand...? I'm adding another 30 pounds soon I think. I wanna make sure there's enough for my wrasses.

When the tank is ready, could I buy some of those orange zoas? They will look good with my sponge.
Most definitely! :) :)
They are spreading everywhere right now so they'll be ready!!

@00W I'm curious about your tumbler idea
Waiting on the cheato then I was going to show you.
I'll take pictures of the sump and my idea when I get home. :)

Hi all, I have a question you were speaking about march madness also you have reefapalooza or similar. We don t have this where I am living and even not sure on my home country. Is it like 10 vendors, 50 vendors or 200?

I wanna see as well as I plan on getting done cheato as well. When it grows to the point that there is too much cheto can it be fed to herbivore fish?

California, New York have large vendor shows. Near me, very small. I think California and maybe Florida have the largest.

Is your black line your waste line???

I see your red line is the water coming in and then traces back to the 1st stage sediment.

on my unit the black hose is where my water is coming in and it goes into here. it was preset with the hose adapter on the black line. The red line on the sediment filter does have a label “in” but waste water is coming out of here. I’m so confused lol

Yes, black line is waste, red is IN, blue OUT. I have my booster pump set to ~83 psi and makes roughly 4 gal per hour.

I run it to a 35 gal Norwesco tank as well now, plenty for my little 55g setup.
