Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
You know that they are calling his generation the tool belt generation because more of his generation is going into the trades than the previous ones. I think his generation sees all these people with huge student loans and a Bachelor of Arts degree in left handed puppetry working at McDonalds and say” na, no thanks.”
Im making as much as most of them with zero college debt, a company truck, with a gas card, etc. 2 years part time at a communitycollege, total cost of like $5k and i got my journeymans license in electrical. Meanwhile my wife.... she's lucky I'm here to help pay for her student loans that got her next to nothing. She got her job(which is a good one) because of her work ethic and being involved in the community. They didn't know she had a degree till they had her fill out an application so it at least looked like she applied, and not that they gave her the job without her even asking. Not all degrees are a money trap, but man are there any lot that are.

They are right, lately many useless professions have been created and in the end the kids leave school with a debt of +40k and in the end they are unable to find any job

My youngest son started with his company after high school doing duct cleaning and tear downs. After 9 months his company sent him to Tennessee, paid for everything, so he could train to do installations. He got his universal certification and has been doing installations since.

I have helpers who have loads of debt for degrees they will never use. Honestly, right now, trades are where it's at. Unless you're brilliant and become a doctor or engineer or something

My 25 year old daughter is a nurse practitioner but the coolest thing to say is my 22 year old son is an HVAC technician like Luis!

Not that I’d talk my son out of it if he chose to but I run a roofing and sheet metal company. Blue collar makes the world function, AI can’t replace human hands.

Ok here goes I included pictures of what I have to work with. The Zoas will be on an island as well the Palythoas. Please tell me if you think it will look OK or if there is a better way. What ever I put on 3 needs to be OK with the anenome that's on the rock touching it. I realize I ended up with a lot of green/blur and purple but hopefully the lady I'm meeting Sunday will have some other pretty colors.

Welcome @tharbin i know you associate with @tbrown but we won't hold that against you too much :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
@tbrown doesn't really let me associate with him since he's a west-sider and I'm not even an east-sider. I'm more a southern-betweener. He does let me see pictures of some of the neat stuff he has won from time to time. Oh and he shows off all the fancy coffee-type drinks he consumes while I sit here with my Great Value 'Classic Blend'.

No, but it is awesome sauce! A lot of graphic sex and ****** and violence, so not for the faint of heart, Amanda.

I've got a LOT of reading to do before I'll feel like family, more like an exe-in-law at the moment.
We will have our intern catch you up so you can avoid all the reading and feel like family right away. @luis angel ?

It's hard to say without knowing the flow on each side of the tank, I would put all the hammers together, the Duncan is well positioned if it doesn't get much flow there, I see the Birdsnest well in height but it all depends on the flow and the par you have there

I'll give up being an intern right now if you ask me to do a 1915 page recap lol
