Beautiful, a pond or an Aquarium?

This was in the USVI at a place called "Coral World." I belive it was a pond, with only two sea turtles that were rescued.

Well, kind of. Somebody had bought both of them, then returned them after a few weeks because "it made their daughters allergies worse." That was definitely an excuse because they bought them without knowing what they were getting into. Anyways, after a few weeks of them being returned, the breeders were begging somebody to come take them as "they didn't have the time to give then the proper care," so we called, discussed prices and picked them up the next day.

Eating vegetarian tonight. Roasted spaghetti squash with pesto sauce and a side of steak (hey, it's a vegetarian and you are what you eat so it's a vegetable, right?)

Also some apple and orange slices.

I promised my wife I would make dinner tonight. Pork egg foo yung. I planned to make it a couple months ago but the bean sprouts went foul before I got it done. At the time we put the char-siu pork in the freezer against a day such as today. The egg foo Yung came out much less omelet like than it was supposed to with pork and bean sprouts very visible, but somewhat clumped together with eggs and corn starch. However, everybody loved it! Including my kindergartener who hates quiche. It was probably the gravy. Full disclosure: the recipe was from "Woks of Life. "
