Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
So my husband is supposed to pick me up a diamond drill bit to use on rocks are there any tips on how i should do it so I don't break the rock?
Not really, I'd spray some water to keep dust down, but the rocks pretty soft compared to glass and other things you'd use that hole saws to cut. Drill to your desired depth and if it's not all the way through, tlstick a screw driver or something in and snap the slug out :)

Also what are the rod things called that I have seen used in videos that go through rocks to hold them in place in the tank?
Acrylic or fiberglass rods. Pretty sure people use the fiberglass stakes that people use to mark the edge of their driveway for plows is commonly used

Im thinking that might be a good way to stabilize the rocks in the 125 since lately I have had a couple get knocked over not sure what caused it but thankfully nothing broke.

And if done with consideration towards it, your rocks can still be disassembled. Mine rocksxape is 2 peices that are epoxied together and cannot be disassembled.

That's why I haven't done epoxy i like being able to move things around sometimes.

Looking back, I would have made mine more modular, but oh well! Not the end of the world!

Finally sat down.
Last two days just flew by.
Year is flying by.
Busiest start to a year for us yet.
Relaxing now though.
I may have missed it Joel, but what kind of restaurant do you own?

So my husband is supposed to pick me up a diamond drill bit to use on rocks are there any tips on how i should do it so I don't break the rock?
Just drill slow. I'd put a piece of tape on the bit to mark how deep you want the hole.
