Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Mustache was a thing a century ago in France :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:. Not shaving it is something I learnt abroad (it is a well kept secret as I have never heard it in the country), it intrigued me as I have no idea from where it come from. Maybe now it happens with some movements. Of course we have others specificities. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Look Paul, I just opened up his present, I got the freaking mother load! I probably won’t be on much today as I will be playing and arranging the smurf village. This is better than getting a huge box from Top Shelf Aquatics!

I harvest mine every week or two. Mine are typically that bright when I cut them. Up to you on how dark and thick you want it.
How much do you dose each day? I've been dosing 120-150 mL daily, but now I could definitely dose more.

So the water is finally crystal clear! 🙂

I'm cleaning the tank quite a bit, and found a molt of my cleaner shrimp. The molt is only the back portion of the body. I see whiskers sticking out of a rock, but they're motionless. I still don't have much hope for the shrimp, but maybe it's still just hiding.

I also ordered a starter culture of white worms! I am excited to start culturing them!

I usually do around 4 oz at a time. I don't dose every day just because I'm lazy...

Not that I can see John.
But it hasn't gotten any worse per se.
The bogus thing about berghia is you never see them so I'm just crossing my fingers at this point.
Tank looks terrible.
Aiptasia EVERYWHERE and I'm going dirty for a few months just to let everything build up.
Pretty easy to do for me.
Joel,

It took a week or two before I started to notice anything from the Berghia. Even then I just notice that an Aiptasia that was bothering my Bubblegum Digi didn't seem to be there any longer. Then I started really looking around and there were fewer small ones than I remembered. Once I started to notice it, there were actually a few less each day. I hope it works out for you.

My wife had the same crockpot idea Amanda. I added the garlic cloves so I can snack on Italian jelly beans all day.

Mine also. Pot roast is in the crockpot now. Vegies aren't in yet though.

Two pieces of chicken are missing because we ate them but it is delicious! I will for sure be adding it to my recipe book but I will double the sauce recipe and the spinach.

The hide after they molt, that is when they are most vulnerable to predators, once their carapace hardens they are out and about again. My money is on he is still in there!

Ya it takes time, it is often the second or third generation that completes the job. Much slower than peppermint shrimp ( Joel can’t have due to his fish stocking) but same result!

Or wanting to have most LPS...
