@kingranch2003 Brother, she went back to the dermatologist. Ended getting another Kenalog shot and this time a 15 day course of prednisone. It's getting better, but with the prednisone she's like a 5 year old on Benadryl! All hyped up and ready to go.

I hate to hear that man. I feel for her, I've dealt with that before too. We hate seeing our ladies go through stuff like this. But you've got her back, and that means she's in good hands.

I'd take it she's been on it since birth! Wow, she's fluffy!

I think about a year. it was to generate appetite and help something else. but her hair did not look like that a year ago.

I also have a fair amount of black and gray (the old gray not the new garbage gray), and a yellow or two but then again that's corded stuff. All of my current cordless is the other blue and I've been eyeing a few of the better red tools. If I was to invest in a cordless system today it would either be red or the other blue, probably red but I don't really use a lot of power tool any longer so I make do with whatever is handy.

I wonder what those Tarrifs will do to the Harbor Freight tool selection. A $20 disposable circular saw will now be like $80.

I have no doubt Mike, I am not in the trades so I prefer Dewalt for my 'go to garage tools'. Only thing that is a downer is having to buy the tool and THEN the dang battery.

Idk about Dewalt but milwaukee usually had some sort of deal going, like I recently bought a milwaukee chainsaw and got a free battery with it. Then in the past I bought a band saw and got a free light. I have also bought a new battery and got a free multi tool

I honestly don't know the colors of the brands too well. But... that sounds fascinating! :face-with-tears-of-joy:

I never thought about it until this thread. It is a bit of a mind game for me picturing the power tools in my head. Using my brain from time to time is supposed to be good for warding off dementia so I try to think at least once a day.

Long long ago in a land far away I always bought Porter Cable (gray), before they were bought out--now I wouldn't buy one, or Delta (several different colors but usually just metal) for anything important and Black & Decker (Black), also before the buyouts, for occasional or throw-away use. For hobby and detail work I have a bunch of Dremel (also gray). I also have a few Dewalt (yellow) and Bosch (blue). But when I wanted some small cordless tools I went with the Bosch 10.8v (now 12v but same system just different way of spec'ing batteries) system because I felt they were, at the time, the highest quality light-use cordless system with the largest range. If I were to do it again today I'd go with Milwaukee (red). They have really expanded and improved their line. For standard duty I'd probably go Milwaukee as well but Dewalt is a close contender. Hitachi (Hibachi??--anyway green) and Rigid (orange) both make tools I'd consider. The truth is that so many of the better brands from years ago have been bought up and outsourced that there are few really quality tools built for the home, casual market any longer.

For real, honest to goodness work tools I'd buy Milwaukee, DeWalt or Bosch for almost everything.
