Sorry didn’t read to catch up before posting. It’s a spingeri, one of the more passive damslels like a yellow tail. My female clown is and always the boss of the tank. I get it about to many fish but it is already acclimating. It if becomes a problem I’ll remove it. I thought three fish in this tank would be pushing the limit.

coffee time here. Well the panel seam separation is getting worse. Where the side panel meets the front panel at the bottom corner is now almost half the panels 3/4 thickness.
Going to have a 7 footx40X24(or22) tank made with internal overflow box on leftside, so penisula tank.

I am planning to drop the stand height so that overall tank and stand will be around 55 inches or so , making it easy to view from top.
Going to try and get my hands on some ati Straton X and make this open top .

Got my hands on a mexican rainbow wrasse...named it torpedo..it never stops swimming, it goes everwhere in the tank...beautiful fish...blue/red/yellow and black...

Thank you! It was purchased the first Friday in November and delivered January 9th. It’s been a lot of work! My oldest son is a Mechanical Engineer, he put the stand together for me.

I figured it was coming soon because you were buying a lot of new corals! Im so happy for you buddy. How/why did you keep it a secret lol

It was hard, I wanted to tell each mile stone. Stand completely, getting the 416 lb tank out of the garage and into the house and on the stand, fllling the tank adding live rock and sand ( I have a ton coming from TBS that I pick up at the the Pittsburgh international airport on 2/6) and putting my 3 fish in..

You can drop some of that off at my house on your way home. It's not that far out of your way.

I'd add a small amount, measure it, add more as necessary, and repeat. Just trial and error at this point. You have a refractometer, correct?

Yes I have a refract. I added 1.25 Tbsp of salt

Do you have a general idea of how many gallons it is? Do you know the size of the brute trash can and estimate how full it is. Also what salt are you using. I can get you an estimate and of how much to add and then tell you how to do it slowly so it hits the right number.
