Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Ok, so i'm not planning anything anytime soon.... but I need input as i'm terrible at visualizing and designing interior design. Heres an old picture of my living room...

Heres my vision... but idk if it should open the whole wall and rock it... or plywood painted white. Or just trim out around the tank and put cabinet doors on the wood and keep the wood? This is my vision... kinda.. the D boxes are cabinet doors.

I think opening it and rocking it would look awesome.

Basically where my yellow outer box is? Open the wood, rock the yellow square, trim it all out, trim around the tank, and out cabinet doors on on the rock?

Yes exactly

What type/color of rocks would you use?
I would keep my 120g system going but plumb in a stock tank so i could get a bunch of dry rock seeded and cycling. Then it'd eventually be purple. If it works out I think i'll have a 84Lx28Dx24T built in... im just playing with the idea right now though. Getting a parts list and ideas etc. Figuring out how much the whole project would actually cost.

He would know about HVAC systems! All I know about them is "heat" in winter and "cool" in summer.
Or, as we do in Arizona, cool in winter, coolish in summer.

Guys I just want you all to know how awesome @tbrown is. He won one of the SBB gift cards and then gave it to me!!! Thank you again my friend whatever I buy with it I will name it Tim. 😆
That's awesome! Sbb has some amazing corals. I was really surprised by the acros they had. Hang on I may have an additional savings code or two to give you.

OK, here's a Q. They are installing my new furnace today. just starting it back up. apparently the inside of the heat exchanger has cosmoline that needs to burn off and go through the vents. any idea on toxicity in the air with fishtanks? I opened windows but that's all I can really do. I guess I'll find out soon!
I see you already have the skimmer off and house opened up.

I think I'd run some GAC just to be on the safe side too. W/C as soon as the air clears.
