I've eaten bear and ostrich. Bear is an interesting flavor and also depends highly upon what it has been feeding on for how it'll taste.

Bear liver is amazing. I havent tried any other part.

Could any of you guys make something like this to hold my ATO hose in my tanks? It need to be wider so it will fit over the rims. I need at least 3 of them but a couple of extras would be nice as eventually I would like to get atos for all my tanks.

Cool fish, yes. Highly edited picture, yes.

For example, here's what I see when I look at my Scoly - as true to colors and brightness as I can get with my camera:

Here's the same picture if I wanted you to think it's more amazing:

It definitely brings out all the colors better with higher saturation and higher contrast but my Burning Banana (top right) and my Dragon Soul favia colors are nowhere near what you see. I run heavy blues so my sand is blueish. The mouth of the Scoly is bright orange, just like the top picture. The red streaks, however, are more pink than orange or red as in either of these pictures.

The more contrast and saturation I add also, the grainier the pictures get - zoom in on the winning photo and look at how grainy that Yellow Tang is...

Too much color, too much noise, not a great picture, just a good subject of the picture.

I think they use to have strawberry filled ones at a small grocery store in town they were delicious!

Anyone have experience with Cabbage leather? First time owning one but It's got me stumped. I thought they open flat for the most part but my coral looks like it's reaching for the light. Polyps are definitely open, it's on the rock mid of the tank receiving right around 100 to 120 PAR. I can't imagine a cabbage leather wanting more than that.

I've heard that. Someone gave us some bear meat once. My wife made a pretty good stew out of it.

Bear will either taste like garbage if it lives near town and eats out of trash cans, sweet if it eats lots of berries and nuts in the forest, or more spicy if it's more of a scavenger and eats more dead animal carcasses.

In other news, I hear monkeys taste like humans.
