Good morning John! Raw seafood is a no no for someone who is immunocompromised along with a long list of other things. I only cheat on what the temperature of my beef is, I can’t do over medium rare. Of come close to cheating on oysters over the years and even took a long hard look at them on the menu yesterday.

I think so, last I talked to my son he said all the corals look healthy and happy. The fish looked great and active this morning. I called him last night and it went to voicemail. I texted him this morning and haven’t heard back. Not hearing from him is a good thing!
