See what you get for not emptying the dishes from the dishwasher .lol !! 🤭

Hi Tom. Hope you are enjoying your day. Did a little shooting this morning, a little shopping, lunch, and now watching the lawn get watered. So far it's been a pretty good day. I'm think pizza tonight so I don't have to cook today. then tomorrow....LOBSTAH!

did she know if she was also invited to move?
Yes, I told her it was just me, that’s when the biggest smile came and she began to glow. It reminded me of the time I was in ICU and was intubated and no one thought I could hear them and the doctor told my wife she should start making plans for funeral arrangements. After a scream of joy and after hugging the doctor I heard her call my life insurance that she had on speed dial. She’s never been the same since I pulled through until I announced I was moving to Mississippi!

Pizza sounds great. We just may go that route ourselves.

I don't miss much from New England, especially winter, but I miss Pickering Wharf and I miss getting lobster rolls (and fried clams, but I think they would probably bother me now sans gallbladder) from roadside shacks during the summer.

but we have seasons. that's what I would miss the most. and did when I left for a while. Trees, Fall, Snow, Thunderstorms, hurricanes etc..I've been almost everywhere in US and think here is the best. Nothing beats coastal New England. I think I'd just leave the states entirely next. which I had done for a stint and loved it. (Sweden).

We have seasons: hot, really hot, warm, coolish. Spring and fall are beautiful in New England, winter is pretty if you don't need to shovel it. I've gotten used to wide open vistas. We even get snow every five to ten years but it doesn't last more than a few minutes. We get haboobs which are just extra-dry thunderstorms. We don't get hurricanes but I've been in one, and two typhons, can't say I miss them much.

we've had a few no power for a week storms in the past 10 years. probably due again. had to drive 30 minutes to get gas for generator. things to note when this happens, wood fired pizza restaurants. found that out in Atlanta with a tornado. had no power so we called for pizza. they took the order and said nothing. showed up and they were cooking by flashlight in a wood fired pizza oven. went to pay and credit card machines were also down. so only people that showed up with cash paid for pizza that night. no ATM's worked either. couldn't even give the peeps a tip.
