Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
had to go back for a second look... :thinking-face: :upside-down-face:

Instead of a brute trash can for mixing water could I use a large plastic juice barrel? There's a place near me that sells them and we have used them over the years for dog food and chicken feed and I thought they might be good for mixing water as well.

yes, what type of juice ? i used buckets from pickles ,think the pickle smell lasted 5+ years no matter what i did to clean them...

like the neon goby !!!!
That one's either a Sharknose Neon or a Yellow Stripe Neon - I forget.

I have a Blue Neon as well.

They're fun little fish!

Yes pickle buckets from the restaurant.
They never die those pickles!

Another good Halichoeres wrasse is the Neon Wrasse or Garnoti.

Here's mine from November. Unfortunately she decided she wanted to be a bird so she's no longer with me.

Wrasses are known to be jumpers so be careful with that. Mine somehow made it through egg crate with 1/2" squares.

This is my wife’s father, he was a pitcher. Played in the minors and eventually got called up to the majors but never got a chance to pitch.

I called the place and the lady said the have done really nice 30 gallon ones with lids and handles that were used for lemon juice for $23 so that's what I'm going to go with.

I have never had a wrasse. I'd love a leopard, but I usually have some weird little critter that wrasses eat.
Im going to end up with 2-3 true leopards and 3-4 ‘leopards’ in total.
I’ve also got Clams, had Feather Dusters, Shrimp, etc…
