Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Whatever you do, don't report me and say "He should have a Contest Ambassador badge!"
Well 6even if I did, you’d have a longgg wait cause we waiting for Frank’s FIRE BADGE

Does it really look that blue!? That is 100% a color I need in my display.
That's a Reef Builder's picture. Mine is an RTA Hidden Forest Birdsnest but it looks very much like the Blue Zing.

It's so hard to get a good picture. Blue polyps, green flesh on the base into the branches and up into purple flesh towards the top of the branches and into almost white growth tips.

No. Two totally different pieces. Although I have the one Tidal Gardens describes also. I think that's the one Kevin has as well.

Well, mine might be different than the Tidal Gardens one but I think Kevin's is the same as theirs.
Most of the searches come up with the lazy blue hybrid. So is that one you got from a local reefer?

The green one, yes.

The Blue Zing is Lazy's Blue Zing. Most people selling the Lazy Blue Zing are either colored down or not true Blu Zing's.

Tidal Gardens says it is a Yellow Birdsnest crossed with a Bird of Paradise.
Reef Builder's says it is a Bird of Paradise with a green thin branches Birdsnest (unnamed).

Blue flesh green polyps was a local guy - I forget his name Vet something or something Vet.

Blue polyps with green flesh is Riptide Hidden Forest Birdsnest. RTA are Riptide Aquaculture corals.

Riptide!!! I will put on list. Thank you!

Exactly! I don't enter if it's not something I'll use. I got a new skimmer from IOAOI so I gave my Curve 7 to another reefer that needed one.
I haven't had any saltwater extras yet but I have shared lots of freshwater plants with other tank keepers.
