Also, zoom in?
What am I looking for when I zoom in? And I have seen episodes of meat hunter hunting in the desert.

I can’t find Waldo! Looks like jack rabbit territory! Anyone else watch Meat Eaters on Netflix?

I have watched hunting shows where they hunt in the swamp it always amazed me how the drugs could keep track of the rabbit with all the water around. We do our deer hunting and some rabbit hunting in Georgia we are blessed with about 1300 acres that we lease from 2 cattle ranchers there. It's me, my husband and two of our nephews that hunt it my father in law and mother in law use to as well but my mother in law can't go anymore.
Thats the best way to do it. Ive hunted in South Georgia before. You're right, though. Sometimes you loose a good race in the water. Most of the hunting is in the sugar cane fields and hardwood bottoms along the swamp.

Would be neat to try sometime.

Nothing like being in the blind or tree stand watching the world wake up. Or watching the hounds work a trail.
Then he steps out within range!

My family owned a bait shop on the Gulf of Mexico from 1965 to 2013. It was destroyed by two hurricanes, but eventually a casino came in and developed the land and we had to close after almost 50 years. Ironically I work in a casino now, but I'll never enjoy work as much as I did back then. Your dream is an awesome one.
So, so cool.
Right before my wife and I got married 21 years ago, I was in the process of selling my house and buying a boat to live on.
I spent almost all my summer and winter on a boat or another.

What a great way to spend a summer!

Yes!!! Can't wait for next season just about 3 more months...
I gotta wait till October for my daughter's hunt and then November for mine.

So we had a mated pair of freshwater angels upstairs.
We've had them since the size of my pinky nail 5 or 6 years.
The female has been egg bound for a few weeks and finally passed yesterday.
Sad.
Male is disoriented rightfully so and that tank has been slowly failing for a while.
Getting a tank ready for him and moving some other fish around.
They'll be downstairs with all the other fish so I'm excited about that.
