Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Who’s John?! ;)
Oh jeez Will, did you know I went to public school? Obviously my parents didn’t think a good education was that important and it shows, sorry. I’d like to say it won’t happen again but.

Added a second AI Prime to my tank today. The single was growing things great but I was starting to get shadowing as stuff filled out.

I dropped program intensity by 30%, is that enough?

Also cleaned AIO sections and cleaned the return pump for the first time since setting the tank up.

Not 100% sure about this one? Are you running a preset schedule template, or your own custom setting?

How long have you been growing that gorgeous caulastrea!!??

No worries, was just giving you a hard time.

I copied the AB+ spectrum that BRS used when they did their tests with a slightly customized ramp up and down.

I’ve had the caulastrea for around 5-6 months. It came as a fairly decent size from a local reefer but has really been puffing up over the last month or so.

@kevgib67 can't wait to see the new torch!!! I was lifted a really cool princess peach torch and a fireballz goni, by a really generous friend. It may be my favorite coral.

That Goni is amazing! I’m keeping my eyes open for some locally.

@X-37B had some very helpful info in regards to the hydra 16 when I first started reefing. I hope we could get a little help from our friend on this one?

Thanks! Yes that little goni adds such a pop! I'm hoping we can get some concrete answers for you on your lights. I'm a caulastrea fan. That was my first coral, but has a long way to go to catch yours! Wow.

What are those? What do you use to dip?
I use Revive 10 min after temp and dip acclimatization, I don't know what they are or if they are good or bad, in the photos it doesn't look good but I counted 12 creatures unknown to me

Lacy is home!!! The guy that delivered her got here early and was waiting when we got home from church. I was so excited I didn't even take time to change clothes!
