You two don’t have to worry about us, I don’t know if I mentioned it but my wife and I are saving for our daughter’s wedding. We usually head to Fort Meyers every March with about 20 of family from her side. Of course our kids and their significant others go.

thanks for your kind thoughts everyone. i wish too you were closer! could use some help! lol. i think i lost around 20 gallons of saltwater. still trying to dry stuff out. fried some of my equipement i think. but were all ok! i guess my biggest worry is aftershocks. some of us leave tomorrow for georgia to help with hurricane cleanup! feels like bad timing to be leaving... but oh well! we will go in faith, right? :smiling-face: i do think ill look into investing in some lids though...:face-with-spiral-eyes:

Hope you can recover some of the equip! Worst case, prioritize keeping the water oxygenated and moving if possible. Spare airstone helps, and any old powerhead can keep the water moving enough to keep the livestock alive till other equip gets replaced.

ok guys, im wupped. fans are blowing to try and dry out the carpet and couches. ran multiple loads of towels through the washer, etc, etc etc!!

Wow, that says a lot, leaving to help others with their problems while you have your own problems that you are leaving behind, your a good person Jill. Did you lose any livestock?

Good morning Amanda! I need you and your husband to come here to hunt for the rest of the season. I nearly took out 2 does this week with my car on my way home from work this week. One stopped in the last second, turned around and darted back into the woods. It definitely would have been road kill. I actually changed my route home after I get off the turnpike. More suburban and less rural. We need the deer around here culled.
