we haven't had much snow this year. it's Jan 16th??

So funny we are having meatloaf as well! I got it ready this morning and all my husband has to do is put it in the oven to cook.

I always put potatoes and carrots around the meatloaf and they cook with it. I boil them a little bit first so they get done while cooking with the meatloaf.

just baked potatoes, hollowed out and mixed in the left over 4 cheese blend from Taco's the other night. now to figure out a vegetable. (But that won'y be on MY plate!)

Just a suggestion but the vegetable I would pick would be bacon. ;)

If it's like here white is the cheapest color cars to buy so all of the county cars and trucks are white.

so I'm guessing you build the loaf in a mound and not in a mold. the kids don't like cooked carrots unless I bake them in butter and sugar with cinnamon. but then who wouldn't like that? that's more like a desert!

Yes I put it in a big glass Pyrex dish shalt it a bit then put potatoes and carrots on top and around it.
