I use windex... shh

I have used windex but I spray it on the towel far away from any of my tanks. Lol

the recommendation is a 55 but I had her in a 112. she had like a 24" arm span in the end.

Found this little guy for $15. there are 12 heads on it. When I went to pull it off the frag so I could glue it down it disintegrated in my hand but glued down the remaining. Wanted to see if the puffer would leave it alone before I drop in a couple high end zoas or something. As soon as it went in, she did a quick chew and has left it alone since.

What do you guys use to clean the outside of your aquariums? No matter what I do it always streaks. With my freshwater tanks I use vinegar and paper towels and don't have an issue but that doesn't work on my saltwater. Could it be that they are more noticeable because of the lighting or something?

I use a little dish soap in a bowl of water. Dunk a rag in it and wipe the pane of glass, then remove the water with a squeegee. When we had to clean windows at my kids' school I watched some videos by commercial window cleaners and that's what they did. They have a special way of using the squeegee which I could make work on the windows but haven't had success with on my tank. On the tank I just go straight down and then wipe the water off my stand with a rag.

You mean AB+? I use it maybe once or twice a month but I use this weekly

Thanks buddy! Diyreefer gave me free frag of it with my order. I'm mounting corals tonight and I know yours are awesome. My frag is tiny right now.

It's the saltwater.
I use paper towels, then I let it sit till it's totally dry and use a microfiber cloth.
For my acrylic tank I use paper towels then a magic eraser.

In paper towels and vinegar? My wife likes to let my son point as the fish and there's lots of snot and blackberry juice in my glass...

I have great nephews that are 6 years old and they love to come to Aunt Manda's and see the fish and axolotal and like most little boys their hands always seem to be dirty and of course their hands always touch the glass. LOL
