Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Another anemone that I love is carpet anemones. I've seen some beautiful ones in one of my lfs
I agree but they are expensive. I saw green, blue and red. Only green is affordable, red was crazy expensive. BTA should be easier than carpet. Already I am not lucky with BTA.

It is doing alright. just got nearly everyday a coral burn (partially) the hermit is a bulldozer. Waiting the small tanks so I can transfer few frags. The purpose is to get a BTA for the clown without nuking the main tank as it happened already 4 times. Now I will need to ask Amanda what happen so I can try to avoid. I order also a new light. It is time for my wife to come back so I stop spending :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:. Sorry for the royal pencil.
I have had no issues with my BTA so far. What happened with my pico was due to a RFA deciding the filter tube was a good place to reside and then it got sucked into the filter and chopped up because I forgot to put the filter presponge back on after a water change the other day.

Good morning Amanda, thank you for the information. I was thinking the RFAs was sucked by the overflow comb.

It was sucked up into what I call the intake tube that sucks water up into the filter. It's a hang on back filter that is on my pico.

Two of my RFAs look okay this morning but my favorite is dying I think. It's balled up small and faded. Do you guys think I should remove it or give it more time?

Sorry about it, I don't know rfa but for bta which is still anemone if the foot is still attached to a rock it can recover.

It still is attached and the porcelain crab is still with it.

I hope your day isn't as long and hard as it was yesterday my friend.
I hope so, although I already have work for today and tomorrow too, lol, But I can't complain, this hobby and the bills don't pay for themselves lol

Amanda, I forgot to take this out of the refrigerator when I left work last night! :crying-face: I’ll have to throw it out on Monday.

I had one disappear for a few months and when it showed up it was about half the size and lost a lot of its color but it kept ticking.

Oh no that is so sad! It looks so yummy! When I have left over lunch I want to take home I always put a sticky note on my computer monitor or above the light switch on the wall.
