Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I was thinking more about a way to calculate an approximation, of course based on online measurements with a par meter, but it would be complicated because there would have to be some kind of database for each light. I think no one has thought of doing it because there is no way to make a profit, because it would be great to have a database with all the lights and measurements at all percentages, and then you would be able to search for your light and you would already know what par each percentage has.
It all depends on the intensity of the light, clarity of the water, and lenses installed on the light. There's not really a calculation because no two installations are alike.

With that said, if you go to the manufacturer's website for your light, some of them offer approximate charts.

Change of plans. After our OB appt today the doc thought it best to send us to the hospital for induction today. Non-emergent but he thought going ahead today the safest course.

Got her and all of you in my prayers. I will be waiting for happy news!

take a few shiners but catch the most on jigs, some times have it rigged with a jig and shiner. I tend to use shiners a lot if the water is muddy.
Awesome brother, that's pretty much my approach too. Unfortunately, they built a restaurant at the access point to my favorite crappie hole... :(

I was but then I had to come to work and almost first thing got attitude from one of the front desk employees because I made her correct a mistake she mamade.
Those types of employees seem to weed themselves out most times. Well we will certainly be nice to you! Us, the smorgs, your friends.

with crawdads, the catching is half the fun, I set about 6 traps out before I plan on a low country boil
I agree wholeheartedly.
My sister and I used to catch tons of them on vacation in lake Tahoe.
So much fun those little guys!
Used to catch them by hand.

Yes, I know Tim, but what I was wondering about was a type of database with all the lights in the same place
for example, ( not real )
radion15 at 50% intensity gives 50 par at the bottom center, 100 in the middle of the tank and 200 on the surface, the same radion at 100% intensity gives 150 at the bottom center, 250 in the middle of the tank and 400 on the surface and so on with all the lights.

Okay Wes keep us posted and my prayers are with you!
All the Smorgs are wishing you peace and and easy go of it, health and good vibes my friend.

Are there spiders? If they're is then that would be a heck no for me...
No just terrible incredibly itchy insulation, and there's so much duct work that you can't walk, you have to crawl around through insulation.

Sorry Mike that sounds like it sucks.
You guys who do this for a living are true heroes in my book and don't get enough credit where credit is due.
