Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Sorry to hear about the Crested! I think they look neat without tails though... Also, Knobbies are a large Cerith I believe and Cerith snails burrow in the sand so I wouldn't be too concerned.
Yep

you're just trying to get us believing in mystery ingredients! I did recently find out that Taco Bell actually puts powdered chocolate in their taco meat to make it look the color it does.

Happy to know the kid is well, I saw on IG that you're going to sell equipment too, hygger I think I saw, let me know when you have it available and before paying Amazon I'd better pay you ;)
Yes! I am just one more step away actually before that becomes official! dang state is taking forever BUT I did make successful contact with them and they are willing to partner! I can't wait to release that officially on my Facebook!

I personally, I have a few hygger products and they have been reliable! My gyre moves my sand bed heavily and have to dial it back to close to 50%! Id rather the ability to dial it back then not enough! When you see my official product release capabilities, reach out and I will see if I can assist you.

Thank you for the support seriously! This goes for anyone else, if I can secure these partnerships and you are willing to buy from me I will do what I can to get what you are looking for at the best price.

you might have to message me privately as I need to keep it kind of small as I grow but I am willing to work with you guys! I am not a money hungry company, I want to grow but I am going to remain as humble as possible about pricing, keeping my profit margin low, enough to have a little passive income and support keeping the doors open. I enjoy this type of "work" so it's not about the profits honestly.

I want to make a little profit for my time, efforts and passion for doing this but also want to be that one who can source and provide for my fellow hobbyist without going through the big wigs.

I changed my name once already but am going to reach out to an admin, so you might see name change and logo change.

Not a fan of Onions and not sure about France but it looks delicious!
Thanks Tim, my wife said it was better than what we get at a restaurant. So easy to make.

Hello Everyone, sorry I have been absent but I have been working hard at creating something. For those of you that haven't seen me on here yet let me introduce myself.

I’m Greg Kipp, owner of First Due Aquatic Rescue LLC, a fully licensed and compliant aquarium consultation, education, and maintenance service. My business structure is centered on two primary goals: I have been apart of this group for sometime now and they have helped me get to where I am hopefully headed today.
  1. Education & Consultation: Helping new hobbyists learn how to properly research, plan, and get started with aquariums, including tailored package builds suitable for various budgets, as well as reliable ongoing maintenance plans.
  2. Promoting Aquarium Benefits: Emphasizing the many positive impacts aquariums can bring to homes and businesses. I've conducted preliminary market research in my area and found significant untapped potential, indicating room for steady growth. Recently, our initial business announcement reached over 12,000 views, and our Facebook page organically gathered over 145 followers in less than a week—demonstrating a promising foundation of local interest.
To effectively educate my growing audience, I’m seeking assistance from trusted aquarium hobbyists and content creators to share videos and images of their tanks. Specifically, I’d greatly appreciate content showcasing tanks of different budget builds, ranging from entry-level setups to advanced aquariums. This content will be used strictly for educational and consulting purposes, clearly credited to the original creators in every single post.

Let me emphasize clearly: this request is NOT about replicating your ideas for sale nor claiming your work as my own. My intent is to illustrate what is possible in aquarium keeping at various levels, fueling genuine interest and excitement in potential new hobbyists.

Additionally, I’d love to establish trusted connections with fellow hobbyists who could occasionally advise on situational tank issues beyond my scope. If you’re interested—or if you could point me toward someone who can assist—I would greatly appreciate it. If you prefer to discuss this privately rather than replying publicly, please feel free to contact me directly via email at [email protected].

Please visit my website at www.firstdueaquaticrescue.com to see more about what I’m building. (Please note, the website and operations are actively being developed, so some changes may occur from time to time.)

Finally, I sincerely understand that the demands of my request might feel significant, and I’ve previously encountered some backlash regarding "content stealing." To avoid any confusion, I want to make it crystal clear that my intentions are genuine, educational, and supportive of the aquarium community. I truly need the support and collaboration of fellow hobbyists to succeed.

Examples of helpful support & content that I am looking for is
1) Before & after videos of tank setups | High Definition is preferred with close up of fish, coral flowing, invertebrates etc.

2) Individuals who can create promotional / educational / Marketing Content : I am small business so expenses are tight as we attempt to grow ; a generous individual who loves designing, animation etc would be greatly appreciated. There is some things that I can do but others like videos, brand video etc"

3) Livestock selection and compatibility demonstrations for educational marketing : explaining biology and facts about what is being shown in the video -- using voice over potentially.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this detailed request. I'm genuinely passionate and excited about starting something meaningful from the ground up, and your support means a lot. After all, we all started our aquarium journey somewhere!

Warm regards,
Greg Kipp Jr.

I can go through and find some of my fresh setups. I believe I saw you have set a few of those up for people? But yeah I am well versed in budget fresh, not a pro at salt stuff.

I look forward to it, friend. I'm a fan of hygger. And I'm in full support of your endeavor here. I'll be happy to assist if possible.

cleaning the crab tank today, water parameters are perfect, but has a lot of algae in it and on the glass, so wife is cranky about it. cleaning the glass and rocks, just to make it look better, but not functioning better
