of course I only had Kraft Mac-n-Cheese for lunch. Our Chinese place is closed Mondays. it's also crazy snowing right now! Seems all the snow comes late now. Not much before New Years. I remember growing up and having snow and sled riding on Thanksgiving. Now we're lucky to get snow in January even!

if you want the recipe it' paper towel dry the cod, rub olive oil over it. add fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt, pepper sliced onion and paprika. bake at 400 for about 20 minutes till cooked.

Potato - place a pencil on either side of potato and cut down so you don't go all the way through. I stick broken tooth pics in to hold them open afterwards and pour Italian dressing over it so it seep down in the bake till cooked.

Quick question for you guys, maybe can help quell a bit of a sensitive topic for my wife and I :grinning-face-with-sweat: im supposed to get corals delivered tomorrow. Quite a few. That said I'm supposed to be out of town till 4 or so and they will probably get dropped off between 10-1. I geuss I didn't explain well enough what the process involved and the wife feels extremely overwhelmed. If I had her come home and inspect for DOA and just float the bags in my sump till I got home to dip and put them in the tank, would that most likely work out fine?

I got them through SBB who says they pack with pure oxygen, and claim that means they can last 2 days in the bag, and I assume it's temperature and shipping jostling that is the big damaging factors?

down here it's supposed to be 48 degrees. the question would be is where will they be in transit tonight?
on the UPS/FedEx truck over night? I have 32 degrees right now down here. must be colder up there. We have 3-4" down here. I'm not going outside to check though. Going to be pretty muddy by end of day tomorrow!

I can have them held at ups, they are shipping from NJ. And they'll use heat packs. My wife can get them into the sump pretty promptly, and send me pics of anything that looks DOA. I'll just be working 1.5 hours from home

I'd say that's a good plan.
I've never ordered online but I think they'd be just fine done that way.

She just got severe deer in the headlight eyes when I started going over the procedure and basically said "I didn't sign up for that" plus, to be fair, she wouldn't know what a bad hitch hiker would look like

I think as long as they get into the sump and temp acclimate in bags you're good.
