You probably have never heard this and probably never will again. I’m taking the rural back roads again that takes me through an off limits wildlife preserve and our reservoir is in it. As a kid we knew where the fence was down and would sneak in to fish. A bald eagle flew up from the side of the road and I almost hit it. It was about 4 feet above my car when I drove under it. I have never been that close to one and probably never will. I would have been devastated if I hit it and wounded it or killed it.

Ok I know we have some awesome cooks in here so give me your best easy healthy recipes meals or snacks either one.
Apples ;) i can get away with that because I'm not one of the "awesome cooks" but more of a enough to keep me from starving cooks lol

Really depends on your likes/dislikes Amanda.
I only eat a very limited diet but I'll take a carton of beef broth, carrots, onion and celery and boil for a few minutes.
Add bacon and beef or lamb.
It's dinner.
Low carb, high protein no sugar.
Warm and happy.
Simple ingredients to digest.

I couldn’t figure out why my magnesium was always below 1300 ( still don’t). My salt box said it should mix to 1350 and I did weekly water changes. So I tested a fresh made batch of mixed saltwater and it was exactly 1350. So now I test before each water change and then add the required amount to the new water I’m adding.

The acros are dang fine! What is the green one with the nice encrusting base!? Those acans are absolutely fantastic. I think those are ultras! That's one if the better coloration I've seen. Great little bright tipped torch with a nice contrast too.

I'm not super picky but I have some health issues that I need to get a handle on so I am trying to make small changes like walking during lunch more and making better food/snack choices.

I'm not ever going to get personal but I do know food so I can help if you have any questions.

Ok I know we have some awesome cooks in here so give me your best easy healthy recipes meals or snacks either one.

Orange Salad:
9oz Cool Whip thawed
6oz orange jello mix
16oz Cottage Cheese
20oz can of crushed pineapple drained
11oz can of Mandarin Oranges drain.
mix together and chill for 2 hours.

Strawberry Salad:
swap out mandarins for fresh strawberries and use strawberry jello.

Thanks bud! I cant wait for the acans to settle in and get some better extension. My first acans are looking super happy right now and can't wait to see how these ones fill out! The green acro is some sprt of mystery signature. This picture is all the info i have on it. There other acro looks much more blue in person. I wasntrying to race the lights changing but lost lol. I'll try and get a more true coloration picture tomorrow. That said, lemme whip out the lens kit and see what i can get under blues

I love love love your torch!
My wife picked that one of the three I picked. I cant wait to see how it settles in! The purples a nice touch! I feel like my tank was missing it. That said I'll have to find a way to contrast it once my rocks start turning purple!

For lunch I always eat yogurt with some granola. Easy and healthy. I've recently really liked dried blueberries, and I love freeze-dried apples. A bit pricy, but the freeze dried apples are so good. They are puffy and like a chip, so like a sweet, healthy chip.
