What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Since we are talking fishing, here’s my muskie and why you don’t lip them like a bass. ;)

Yeah, but can it sing when you walk past it like a Bass?

But my favorite fish for eating is Walleye.

By the way, nice fish.

Ever go up to Snowflake to catch Walleye?

No. I haven't freshwater fished since I left Ohio in the late 70s. In fact haven't fished at all in about 35 years. Used to go to a bunch of smaller lakes in Eastern Ohio for Walleye and Smallmouth and Lake Erie around Sandusky for Perch. The Perch fishing was great because there was a cannery right by the pier where you could take your buckets of fish and ten minutes later leave with piles of butterfly filets.

I just may have to think about getting some new gear and looking into Snowflake...

A younger me with my brother in law. Just about 50 minutes north of me is some of the best Walleye fishing in the country.

Supposedly there are Walleye in Lake Mary. I've never seen them but caught some Pike up there. My father-in-law caught a small walleye in one of the lakes in Snowflake but I don't remember which one.

You got a shipment of those white worms too???
Yes and they’re delicious. All the fish in the tank had their fat faces smashed into the glass watching me eat them.

So for a while now, I've really wanted to raise white worms for my fish, corals, and fun! Enter my buddy Wes! He sent me a huge healthy culture that was loaded with worms and eggs! I've fed some to my tank and my wife's. EVERYTHING loves them. This is going to give me a free, renewable, low waste food for as long as I keep the culture going. Thanks for the culture @Imrahilwjz . They had a safe journey from Oregon to Mississippi.

Nice! I was considering starting a culture. But then I stopped because I read that you'd have to buy a wine cooler and keep it cool.

Did you know that you can feed SW fish earthworms? That's what im going to do! And, it'll make my neighbors think I'm even crazier!

@kevgib67 Kevin I'm sorry man. Your scampi looks TERRIFIC, not terrible. Autocorrect changed it. Even if it looked terrible, I wouldn't say that to you. I'd tear that up if given the opportunity.

If you chang your mind lmk, Walker. I split up the culture Wes gave me, and plan on having multiples eventually. I'm learning that anything around 68 to70 degrees should work just fine, which is usually the inside temp of our houses. And as little space as they take up, you can do it under your aquarium stand.

And you're right! I catch flounder and redfish on worms while bass fishing in brackish water.
