Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Looks like now we only have Rally's out here.
I think they changed them all from Checker's to Rally's about ten years ago around here. They have also closed at least one, although I don't remember where it was in the valley, I just remember eating there a couple of times and then it was gone.

guess this is a appropriate time to start a war what’s everyone fry preference lots of options here shoestring, hand cut, steak fries,wedges,curly,seasoned,battered,curly,crispy/well done,soggy/flimsy…… do tots count? Can go on and on lol For bonus points include toppings or parings. Go!

It all depends... I like Waffle Fries at Chic Fil A, Shoestring at In N Out, steak fries at Red Robin, seasoned or battered almost anywhere, curly at Arby's... Tots are the best all time ever. Except if you can get hash brown patties or potato pancakes or whatever you want to call them. Crispy outside but slightly soggy middle!

Bonus entry: queso sauce and chorizo!

At a Filibertos type taco joint here I usually get the carne asada fries or hot wings fries.

Carne asada requires cheese, sour cream, carne asada, and hot sauce.

Hot wing requires chicken, cheese, hot wing sauce, and blue cheese dressing!

Wow you got this spot on for me can’t believe I forgot about chic fil a waffle fries and potato pancakes may be my ultimate breakfast option

Can I add to the list truffle fries there a Italian joint by me that does steak fries with a black truffle infused oil and Parmesan dusting sometimes they offer a black truffle infused hot sause when available a little pricey but well worth it

I like a lot that you listed but on top of the list for me are fresh cut fair fries with salt, ketchup and malt vinegar! Fast food it’s a toss up McDonalds, Arby’s curly and Steak n Shake shoe string.

I do enjoy a nice truffle fry or even Greek fries with some feta cheese over the top as well.

I don't eat a lot of Steak and Shake but they do have good fries. McDonald's has nothing on Wendy's fries if they have the right amount of salt. McDonald's fries are always either cold or burnt or both. They add lots of salt to cover that up.

You also do realize that if your sponsors are that you grouped McDonald's fries and Arby's fries in the same category they're likely to cancel Cooking with Kev, right? It's a highly inappropriate comment.

I’ve been on the malt vinegar kick lately too. Been buying those “Proper” fries which come out pretty good.

I love malt vinegar on fries

In south jersey they consider that to be “boardwalk style” but they have to be crinkle cut

I agree all the way down the line, although I haven't eaten at a Red Robin in about 20 years so just old memories there. Going to be trying Chompies potato pancakes probably tomorrow.

We were raised on potatoes pancakes from a Jewish delicatessen they would come automatically with your breakfast order old man would freak if we put ketchup on them he always served with sour cream never really a fan of it that way

Chompies has some decent food.

How about poutine? Anyone
Still haven't tried it. We had a Cajun restaurant here that the owners were from Louisiana and a friend of ours (a previously native of New Orleans) told us it was very authentic. Every time we went in, they were sold out. But I did get gator tail a few times.

One more picture of my ride yesterday. Please ignore my fat body and only look at my smile!
Your smile is beautiful Amanda! Seeing you happy made me happy!
