he could learn to drink it warm. Some beers taste great at room temp. like Bitter. once you get rid if the carbonation, it goes down smooth like tea and doesn't need to be chilled. carbonation I think just ruins it.

Hey Luis, here’s something you can do. Just quit buying Heineken and you’ll have plenty of room in your fridge to get your garlic started right!

In all seriousness, put one head ( 6-7 cloves) in a brown paper bag for 10 weeks and you are good to go. I suggest the type Paul recommended ( softneck), they are for warmer climates.

We have mosquitos too! Last year we were supposed to stay inside because the mosquitos were spreading some disease.
