Not sure I could afford another husband. LOL I rarely get to surprise him with a gift because he's hard to buy for but this time he has no idea that I have been saving up for it.

He bought me one last year I think or maybe the year before but the bell on mine is 40mm and I let him use my rifle once to try the scope and all hes talked about is how much he liked it and that he wanted one but refused to spend the money on himself. He works hard and takes care of me and he deserves it so I bought it.
 
I like Vortex for the warranty but my .30-06 has a Leupold VXII from 2001 that hasn't failed me yet.

Yeah, mine is a 32 mm I think. I purchased a 44 mm Vortex a couple of years back but haven't put it on yet. I also have a 40 mm Cabela's Euro (made by Meopta) that I haven't put on anything yet. I'm going to take mine off the .30-06 and put it on either my daughter's .243 or my wife's .308 and the Meopta on the other then the Vortex on mine. Just takes time and energy.

Awesome rifle! I have my grandfathers old pre-1950s Remington Woodsman .30-06 with the 4 round clip! I love that rifle
